Before requesting deletion
Save any SK-ID or conversation information you need. Silent Key does not provide a restore feature after records are removed. Remember that other participants may retain messages or screenshots outside the service.
Submit the request
- Open the contact page.
- Select Account deletion.
- Provide the reply email associated with the Google account and the relevant SK-ID.
- Describe whether the request concerns only the profile or also messages and conversations where deletion is technically and legally available.
- Respond to any verification request. Never send a password, Google verification code or recovery code.
What may be deleted
After verification, the administrator can remove or anonymize the profile, SK-ID mapping and eligible application records. Shared conversations, reports, moderation evidence, security logs or records required for legal and abuse-prevention purposes may need separate treatment. Messages already copied by another user cannot be deleted from that user’s external storage.
Authentication account
Removing Silent Key data does not delete the user’s Google account. Firebase Authentication identity deletion may require an administrator action separate from Firestore record deletion.
Access problems
If you cannot sign in, use the same public contact form and include the exact Google email associated with the account, the SK-ID when known and enough information to verify ownership without sending secrets.
