Community guidelines

Use Silent Key for lawful, respectful communication. Temporary messages are not a license to harm people and then wait seven days.

Respect consent and boundaries

Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not use alternate accounts or groups to evade a block.

No harassment or threats

Harassment, bullying, credible threats, intimidation and targeted humiliation are prohibited. Report immediate real-world danger to appropriate local authorities or a trusted adult rather than relying only on in-app moderation.

No sexual exploitation

Do not solicit, share or threaten to share sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people. Do not use the service for grooming, coercion or sexual extortion.

No fraud or impersonation

Do not impersonate another person, request passwords or verification codes, run scams, misrepresent payment requests or use deceptive links to steal accounts or money.

No malicious technical activity

Do not distribute malware, phishing pages, stolen credentials, destructive scripts or instructions intended to compromise other users or the service.

No spam

Do not send repetitive unwanted promotions, mass messages or automated contact requests. An SK-ID is a contact identifier, not an invitation to flood someone’s chat list.

Enforcement

Reports may lead to content removal, temporary suspension or permanent blocking. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, repeated behavior and available evidence. Deliberately false reports may also result in action.

Appeals and contact

Use the moderation information shown on the account screen and the public contact form to provide a concise appeal. Include the relevant SK-ID, approximate time and why the decision should be reviewed.

Respect privacy and lawful boundaries

Do not publish another person’s private address, phone number, identity documents, account credentials or intimate material without permission. Do not use temporary retention to conceal illegal transactions, exploitation or attempts to evade legitimate investigations. The service may preserve relevant reports or records when needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
